Instead, it’s about myths, which are being spread by activists and associated organisations and create confusion and misunderstanding about the Asian energy landscape.
These myths typically lack nuance and often any connection to energy as it exists in the real world. Most of all, they lack basic facts at a time where facts are more important than ever.
This is why the Asia Natural Gas and Energy Association (ANGEA) has created Mythbusters – to serve as a source of truth for key energy issues relating to Asia.

Nevertheless, through Mythbusters we aim to present factual information about some of Asia’s most important energy questions in an easy-to-navigate and straightforward format. A better understanding of Asia’s energy needs and circumstances will lead to healthier and better-informed dialogue about the future.
